Orders Management App
B2B is much like the B2C relationship. The difference is that wholesalers operate on a larger scale and sell products in bulk, not single packets or units like the retailer.
To improve process flow for wholesale, we created a custom application that automates order management that includes a custom approval system for B2B customers. We added the ability to request a quote from the custom cart. Our app handles all the requests and automatically creates draft orders, and sends a confirmation email to the customer.
An order management app eliminates manual labor, which slows down workflow and increases the risks of human error. As a result, it reduces costs from incorrect shipments, late deliveries, and missed orders.
Custom Email Notification System for Shopify store
Building your email notification system is complicated and a big project, but it is crucial for businesses looking to optimize their wholesales flow and boost customer satisfaction.
Our custom system allows sending emails to the wholesale team member manager about new registrations and new requests for a quote. The wholesaler can approve or disapprove new customers, edit, adjust draft orders that were cared for by our custom app, and send the final invoice to the customer.
Methodology
We create transparency both through visualization tools like ClickUp and through continuous communication with a dedicated Project Manager.
